The evening will start with a champagne reception with canapés followed by a mouth watering 5-course dinner. The House of Lallier is committed to quality both in the vineyard and in the winemaking process, using only wild yeast for the fermentation and grapes only from the Grand Cru vineyards for its vintage champagnes. head sommelier Roberto Zanca has selected 4 exquisite champagnes for you to enjoy during the evening, for which our head chef Paul Mottram has created a unique menu to complement them perfectly.
